About RPTC
Rancho Penasquitos Tennis Center is a 501c3 Non-profit formed in 1986 when there were only 4 courts. We currently have 12 Lighted Courts. RPTC has a very active membership with Leagues, Events, and Lessons. All proceeds pay expenses, maintenance, and improvements. We have over 80 members who volunteer in various capacities throughout the year from league captains to board members. We currently have a waiting list of over 500 waiting to become a member. This translates into over 5 years wait.
Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve
RPTC is in Canyonside Community Park adjacent to the beautiful Los Penasquitos Preserve which is known for its many horseback and hiking trails and the Penasquitos Falls. The park is located south of the CA 56 highway, west of Interstate 15, and is accessed from Black Mountain Road north of Mercy Road.
The Facility
A two-time recipient of USTA's National Outstanding Facility Award, RPTC is a 12 Court Facility with lights for evening play. We are open from 8 am to 9:30 pm and fully staffed 7 days per week. Members can reserve courts online and member and non members can sign up for tennis lesson and other events online.

Near Year's Eve (Dec 31): Open 8am-1pm
